
Another common area we offer at Touring is the Barbecue Zone, which has witnessed many gatherings and celebrations. It will delight lovers of grilled cuisine!
This area is designed for groups of 12 or more and is equipped with two cabinets with refrigerators for the convenience of users.
You can make a reservation for the Barbecue Zone to ensure a space to enjoy outdoor cooking!
· The barbecue area of Camping Touring has 3 standard barbecues, which can be reserved independently according to time slots and the number of users.
· The reservation period opens one month in advance.
· The reservation of the barbecue area will be made according to the following time slots:
-From 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM
-From 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM
-From 6:00 PM to 12:00 AM
· The minimum number of users to reserve a barbecue is 12 people, and the maximum capacity of the area is 50 people.
· To ensure proper use and good coexistence between user groups, the following rules for reserving barbecues apply:
-Between 12 and 16 people: 1 barbecue.
-Between 17 and 32 people: 2 barbecues.
-Between 33 and 50 people: 3 barbecues.
Camping Touring will verify that the number of users corresponds to the number of barbecues reserved.
· On Sundays when the campsite's Petanque team plays, barbecues cannot be lit before 2:00 PM.
· Only ambient music is allowed to avoid disturbing other campsite users.
· As the area is within a forested zone, it is strictly prohibited to use firewood, wooden materials, flammable liquids, or any product that creates a flame. Only charcoal is permitted.
· Before using the barbecue area, the applicant must visit the Camping Reception to collect the key to one of the cabinets that gives access to the refrigerators. The key must be returned after using the area. Failure to return the key will result in a financial penalty of €5.
· Camping Touring provides this space to users free of charge. Therefore, it is IMPORTANT to comply with cleaning rules for the area.
Users can pick up keys at the Reception, which grant access to a refrigerator and the necessary tools for cleaning the barbecue area and disposing of ashes.
The area must be left as it was found. If, before use, it is observed that the barbecue area is in poor condition, users are asked to take photos and provide them to the campsite staff when returning the cabinet keys or contact Reception to allow staff to verify the condition.
The applicant commits to maintaining and ensuring the proper use of the facilities, furniture, equipment, and materials used The applicant is responsible for any damages caused, including their repair or replacement.
Ashes generated by the barbecue must be collected and deposited into the metallic buckets provided in the cabinet and soaked with water. The buckets should be left on the grills and will be emptied by campsite staff the day after the event.
A rake must be used to collect any debris left on the ground, with special attention given to picking up cigarette butts.
Wooden tables and/or benches that may have been used must be put back in place and stored.
After use, refrigerators must be completely emptied and cleaned. The metallic cabinet must be locked, and the keys returned to the Camping Reception.
In case of non-compliance with the above regulations, the applicant will bear the cost of cleaning and/or ash removal, which is set at €50.
· Cancellation and Modification Policy:
-Camping Touring reserves the right to prioritize the use of the area for recreational activities organized by the campsite.
-Camping Touring reserves the right to prohibit or limit the use of barbecues in the event of a fire risk, as assessed by the campsite, or in compliance with rules established by competent authorities.
